You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt as long as the item has not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way.
If you are thinking about returning or exchanging an item, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a item, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsaleable. You would not want to receive a Watch, Earring or other item that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.
Watches Or Jewelry must be returned with box, tags, warranty and receipt.
We will inspect every item upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the item will be returned to you.
Sized or Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Broken or defective merchandise:
We gladly will repair or exchange your item at our discretion for the first 10 days, after that period you will need to send your item to the manufacturer according to their warranty guidelines.
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The above restocking fee is waived for exchanges but a new shipping cost will be applied.
